I Started Reiki In 2000 and reached Master level in 2003 along with my Bach Flower Therapy course. I then went on to become a Qualified N.L.P practitioner in 2004.

Reiki
Reiki also known as life force energy , originates from ancient Tibet. It was re-discovered in the 1980's by a Japanese Dr called Dr Mikao Usui. Who brought it to western world.
A Reiki treatment moves, on any blockages within the energy system of the body. It is a very peaceful and relaxing process. Clients either sit on a chair or lay down on a couch to receive a treatment. Hands are placed over the body, to enable the energy to flow into and through the client. Clients say they feel warmth and some feel slight vibration as the energy flows. A treatment is a very relaxing experience.
Each treatment last for an hour.

PROGRAMING. How we store pasterns programmes in our Brain
Once the programmes are under stood and how we programme as every individual is different ,in the way they create and store programmes . We are able to change them to change how we look at life and change behaviours included eradicating phobias, Anxiety , Being happy and get what you want out of life
Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower remedies were created by Dr Edward Bach in the 1930's.
The remedies are made up of flower essence that have been dilute in water.
A little cider vinegar or brandy is added as a preservative.
They are taken by mouth via a dropper.
The remedies aid in a various of conditions like, lack of sleep and concentrate on the reason why it occurs.
A consultation last for an hour.
